What are your rights?

How can you exercise them?

You do not want us to market your data? No problem!
This request may include the use of your data for :

– as well as to build marketing profiles based on your data (to send you the advertising that we think is the most interesting for you, depending on your marketing profile).

You also have the right to request that your data are completely removed from our database in the cases listed by law (illegal treatment, treatment useless for the purposes pursued, if you have consented to the treatment and you withdraw this consent …). In the case of a dispute regarding the processing of your data, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data. In this case, we will not use your data until the dispute has been resolved.

  8. the confirmation of the existence of an automatic profiling concerning yoursel, the logic of this profiling, its meaning and its consequences,
  9. whether the information has been transmitted outside the European Economic Area, the safeguard measures that have been taken pursuant to the GDPR.
